Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using Rentiqo, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
What the service does
Rentiqo provides software for managing a rental business — inventory, availability, agreements, deposits and maintenance. Rentiqo is a tool you use to run your business; it is not a party to any rental agreement between you and your customers, and does not hold funds on their behalf.
Accounts and eligibility
You are responsible for the accuracy of your information and for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be legally able to enter into contracts to use the service.
Your business and your customers
You are solely responsible for your rental agreements, your pricing, your deposit and damage policies, and your compliance with the laws that apply to your business and your jurisdiction.
Fees
Subscription fees are charged in advance for the plan you select and are shown before you confirm. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use Rentiqo for any unlawful purpose, and not to attempt to disrupt the service or gain unauthorized access to it or to other customers' data.
Data ownership and export
Your business data remains yours. You may export it at any time, and we will make it available to you for a reasonable period after an account is closed before deletion.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rentiqo is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law. You may stop using the service at any time.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Rentiqo after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
